Cashu Research SMS Terms of Service

These Cashu Research SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) describe how Cashu Group (“Cashu”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides text message (SMS/MMS) communications related to Cashu Research, and how you agree to receive and use them.
By enrolling in, opting in to, or otherwise using the Cashu Research SMS program (the “Program”), you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
Note: Content sent via SMS is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always do your own research or consult a qualified professional.
1. Program Description
The Program provides subscribers with research updates, market commentary, alerts, and related communications from Cashu Research via SMS and/or MMS to the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency may vary based on market conditions, campaigns, and your level of engagement, but you can expect approximately 1-2 messages per week. We may also send occasional additional messages for important notices or confirmations (e.g., opt-in/opt-out, service changes).
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and completing any required opt-in steps (such as entering a verification code or checking a consent box), you represent that:You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
You expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Cashu at that number, including through the use of automated technology.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
If you do not agree with these SMS Terms, do not enroll in the Program.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages from Cashu Research at any time:Reply “STOP” to any Cashu Research SMS message to cancel.
After you send “STOP,” you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
You can also contact us at team@cashugroup.com and request removal of your number from the Program.Please note that opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications you may receive from us (such as email) unless you separately opt out of those channels.

We will respond during our normal business hours.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS/MMS messages sent to or from your mobile device, depending on your wireless service plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.Check with your mobile service provider for details on your plan and applicable fees.
6. Carrier Disclaimers
Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility & Restrictions
To participate in the Program, you must:Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and
Provide a valid mobile phone number.
You agree not to:
- Enroll a phone number that you do not own or control.
- Use the Program for unlawful or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Program.
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these SMS Terms.
8. Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:Modify the Program (including message content or frequency);
Update these SMS Terms; and/or
Suspend or discontinue the Program at any time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you via SMS or by updating these SMS Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
9. Investment and Risk Disclaimer
Messages sent through the Program may include opinions, research insights, or market commentary. You understand and agree that:Nothing in our messages is personalized investment advice.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Cashu and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or reliance on SMS content.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for participation in the Program.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of NSW Australia, Sydney.Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program or these SMS Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in NSW Australia, Sydney, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
