ASX Release — 4 August 2026

Victory Metals Limited (ASX: VTM) has released an updated version of its announcement "Globally Significant Secondary Phosphate Heavy & Magnet Rare Earths Minerals Confirmed", originally released on 30 July 2026.

The updated announcement was released to include the JORC Code Table 1 information required under ASX Listing Rules 5.6 and 5.7.1 in respect of the reported exploration results. No other material changes have been made to the announcement.

The underlying results stand: TIMA characterisation of North Stanmore concentrate shows the substantial majority of the project's heavy rare earths (dysprosium, terbium, yttrium) and magnet rare earths (neodymium, praseodymium) hosted in hydrated secondary phosphate mineral groups — churchite and rhabdophane — rather than in primary monazite or xenotime.

The announcement has been authorised by the Board of Victory Metals Limited.
